Hello Guys, in this video, i will be showing you, how to fixed, not showing website icon on your youtube channel art. first of all, i tell you, why it's not showing. here, you can see we added our 2, websites link, but you can see one can show icon and other can't. why beacause, we dont' have favicon.ico file added to this website.
here we checked our website page source. and can't find favicon.ico file in the website where favicon is missing, but we can see favicon,ico file in the website where we can see site icon. so now, how we can fixed this error. we can simply fix this error by adding favicon.ico file in our website head tag. for that we add one plugin in our wordpress website.
so open your wordpress website dashboard. go to plugins tab, click on add ned plugin. now search fro favicon. install and activate this plugin. now go to settings tab and click on favicon. now click here to setup favicon. now we need to get site icon, simply click here and upload site icon. now simply click on generate favicon. here, you can see how favicon looks on deffirent browser and app.
click on generate your favicons. now favicon installed in our wordpress website. now if we refresh the our website page source, we can see the favicon.ico file. now it's takes a week or month to update the changes everywhere, so be patience.thats all for now.
